1. Marketing Communication Manager

Requirements:

• 21 – 29 years old
• Bachelor Degree, not limited in, digital, marketing, and communication industry
• Min. 1 year experience in digital marketing works
• Data-based person
• Have good skills in marketing, strategy, content, digital, and management
• Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced, startup environment

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for digital marketing strategy and plan
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Organizational Structure:

Will be working under Managing Director; along with Program Director, Marketing Relation Manager, Finance Director; and will oversee Art Director, Content Manager, and Social Media Manager

2. Project Manager

Requirements:

• Female, 21 – 29 years old
• Bachelor Degree, any kind of major
• Have a good knowledge of creative and digital industry
• Strong management & organizational skills
• Have a good communication skill
• Strong in details and strict to timeline
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced, startup environment

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage B2B projects both within internal (team) and external (clients and vendors)
• Responsible to manage the working process of the project and schedule the timeline
• Responsible to ensure all the strategy and plan are well-implemented and the outputs are delivered as planned
• Responsible to maintain relation with clients, vendors, and other partners during the project

Organizational Structure:

Will be working under Managing Director, along with Program Director and Marketing Relation Director, will oversee Administrator

3. Strategic Marketing (Intern)

Requirements:

• Students and Fresh Grads are welcome
• Not limited in, digital, marketing, and communication industry
• Data-based person
• Have good skills in marketing, strategy, content, digital, and management
• Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced, startup environment

• Responsible for digital marketing strategy and plan
